1. Informant Smt. Laxmin Banjare absent though notice has been served.

2. This is the third bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 05/10/2018 in MCRC No. 6506/2018 considering prima facie case against him. His second bail application was dismissed as not pressed on 23/01/2019 in MCRC No. 10078/2018.

3. Counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the instant bail application, however he submitted that trial Court may be directed to dispose of the case as early as possible.

4. Accordingly, instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
