1. After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to move fresh writ petition in view of fresh notice issued by the Railways for removal of the petitioners' encroachment.

2. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
