Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that limited prayer is made to decide representation made to the Superintendent of Police, Balrampur on 20/02/2017 filed as Annexure P-1. 2.
Considering the fact that only limited prayer is made to decide representation, Superintendent of Police, Balrampur is directed to decide representation of the petitioner dated 20/02/2017 which is filed as Annexure P-1 within further period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. It is further made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the concerned Superintendent of Police shall be at liberty to pass suitable orders
according to the merits of the issue.
