1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State would place before this Court a communication wherein the petitioner-Pawan Kumar Chakradhari has informed that he has already been appointed as Lecturer (Panchayat), therefore, he does not wish to prosecute the writ petition.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, however, if the cause of action still survives, this petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
