1. Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of appointment issued on 8.3.2021 in respect of the appointment of Staff Nurse, particularly under the Scheduled Caste category for District Bilaspur.

2. At the outset, learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that when the merit list was initially published the Petitioner raised objections with the Respondents, however, those objections have not been dealt with by the Respondents and the impugned appointment orders have been issued.

3. Learned Counsel for Petitioner further submits that as of now the Petitioner may be permitted to make a detailed representation to Respondents ventilating her grievances.

4. Given the said submission, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of permitting the Petitioner to make a representation before Respondents No. 2 & 3 who in turn shall consider and decide the

representation of Petitioner objectively within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation.
