Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 26/08/2016 Representation has been made by the petitioner for cancellation / modification of the transfer order on the ground that by impugned order, the petitioner has been transferred to a place which is at a distance of about 47 kms away from the place of posting of his wife.

Considering that the petitioner's wife was not posted at same station but at a nearby station but the grievance appears to be that the distance between the new place of posting where the petitioner is transferred and the place of posting of his wife has further increased, the matter may be considered by the transferring authority.

The representation of the petitioner may be considered and decision may taken in four weeks.

This petition is finally disposed off.
