1. Mr. V.R. Tiwari, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.

2. The claim of the petitioner is for grant of employment against the land belonging to the petitioner, which has been acquired by the respondents for mining purpose.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the land belonging to the petitioner was acquired in the year 2012 and the compensation for the said land was paid in the year 2016, but till date the petitioner has not been considered for grant of employment under the Rehabilitation policy governing the respondents' establishment.

-2Counsel for the petitioner further submits that till date neither have the respondents rejected the claim of the petitioner.

Given the limited contentions that the petitioner makes, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for employment under the Rehabilitation policy applicable and pass an appropriate order within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and while passing the order, they would have taken into consideration the policy governing the field and also the judicial pronouncement that has been made in the recent past in this regard.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
