1. The petitioner is challenging the order passed by respondent No.2 Society removing him from the membership of the Society.

2. Let the petitioner move before the jurisdictional Registrar under

Section 32 of the Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 within 15 days from today. On such application being filed, the Registrar shall decide the matter expeditiously, in accordance with law, by a reasoned order, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of the application.
