(2) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for noncompliance of order dated 20.10.2014 passed by the respondent No.2-The Commissioner (MGNAREGA), Raipur.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that now respondent No.3-District Programme Co-ordinator (MGNAREGA)/Collector, Surajpur has passed an order directing the respondent No.4- Executive Engineer, Kharang Water Resources Division, Bilaspur to return back the recovered amount to the petitioner vide order dated 29.09.2015 and, as such, the petition has become infructuous.

(4) Needless to say that it is for the authority concerned to comply with the order dated 29.09.2015.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
