The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that the petitioner between 1989 to 1999 had served at the Primary School Fuseradih, Forest Range, Mahasamund - the school which was under forest department then. The said school was subsequently taken over by the State Government on 09/04/1999 and the petitioner's services were absorbed in the School Education Department thereafter.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner's services rendered in the past at the Primary School, Fuseradih has not been taken into

consideration and therefore the petitioner has lost substantial length of service in the department and thus prayed for direction to the respondents to consider this period also for the purpose of counting his length of service as well as his seniority.

Perusal of record would show that, the petitioner has only recently i.e. on 13/12/2017 made a representation to the respondent No.1. 4.

In view of the said fact that the representation has been recently made, let the respondent No.1 take an appropriate decision on the representation filed by the petitioner. If required, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation as well.

Let the respondent No.1 take a decision in this regard within a period of 90 days from the date the certified copy of this order is placed before him. 6.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No.1 in respect of the order passed by this Court. 7.
