After arguing for sometime, Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application and also submits that a specific direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible.

On the basis of the submissions so made, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably, as far as practicable within a period of two months from the date when the normal functioning of the Courts are started.
