By filing this petition, the petitioner has prayed that appropriate clarification may be issued in respect of the period during which he remained suspended.

On petitioner's own showing that he has already preferred a petition aggrieved by order dated 26.02.2016, by which the Appellate Authority imposed penalty of dismissal from service. The ground raised by the petitioner by this separate petition could very well be raised in the earlier petition.

Irrespective of the merits of the submissions, the second petition is misconceived in law and is dismissed with liberty to raise the issue in the pending writ petition.
