The petitioner has challenged the legality and validity of order dated 20.05.2016, whereby the representation of the petitioner has been rejected. This order has been passed after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in view of the order passed in earlier round of litigation.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner should now take recourse to the remedy of statutory appeal under provisions of Rule 3 of the C.G. Panchayats (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995.

With liberty to prefer appeal before the competent authority, the petition is dismissed.

Certified copy of order impugned be returned to the petitioner after retaining photocopy of the same.
