Agrawal Order On Board 15/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was served with notice by respondents No.5 & 6 on 10.11.2017 for demolition of his house, which is without jurisdiction and without authority of law, against which this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner. (2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file objection to the notice issued by respondents No.5 & 6 before the Tahsildar, Rajnandgaon, in that event Tahsildar, Rajnandgaon is directed to look into matter and take a decision and to pass speaking and reasoned order after hearing both the parties, expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of reply. (4) Status quo with regard to suit house shall be maintained by the parties for a period of one month.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.

(6) Certified copy today.
