Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 11.01.2019 whereby the petitioner has been inflicted with an order of punishment of termination from service.

The said order is an appealable order and the appeal against the said order lie before the Divisional Commission which in the instant case would be the Commissioner, Bastar.

In view of the fact that there is statutory alternative remedy of filing of appeal against the impugned order, the writ petition stands disposed of as not maintainable reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the appellate authority.
