After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner for a fairly long time, he submits that he may be allowed to make a representation before the Collector, Jashpur against the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pathalgaon, District- Jashpur passed on 13.09.2017. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the Collector, Jashpur who, in turn, shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation on its own merit expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
