Petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide service dispute filed by the petitioner under Section 55(2) of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act,1960. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no progress in the proceedings ever since submission of the application before the respondent No. 2.

It is found that the petitioner has already approached, Dy. Register Cooperative Societies, Korba and filed application immediately after passing of the order dated 28/12/2015.

It is found that the petitioner has approached competent authority for adjudication of the service dispute only in the month of December,2015. Therefore, at this stage, no time bound direction can be given. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off with a direction that the dispute raised by the petitioner shall decide as early as possible.
