Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue with regard to inclusion of the period of service rendered in Special Area Development Authority (for short "SADA") Korba for the purposes of pensionary benefits has been considered and decided by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2016 WP(S) No.4459 of 2014 and batch of petitions. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's case is also squarely covered by the same judgment.

Learned counsel for the Corporation does not dispute the legal position. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is also disposed off on similar terms and with a direction to grant the same benefit to the petitioner, subject to verification of factual aspects.
