Shri Vinod Tekam, Panel Lawyer Order On Board 03/08/2015 After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to move application for grant of regular bail before the Court below. He submits that in the changed circumstances and subsequent developments, the Court below may be directed to consider regular bail application of the applicant on the same day. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. In case, the the applicant moves regular bail application before the Court below, the same shall be considered and decided by the Court below as early as possible, preferably within 3 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in view of subsequent development that the applicant and the complainant both are married and living together.
