Heard on application for modification of the order dated 01.09.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4691/2016, Bajilal Vs. State of Chhattisgarh. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake, the crime number and certain sections have wrongly been mentioned in order dated 01.09.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4691/2016; therefore, he prays that the crime number and sections may be corrected.

Perused the order dated 01.09.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4691/2016 wherein in paragraph-2, crime number, police station and sections have wrongly been mentioned. After perusal of the order dated 01.09.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4691/2016, I am convinced that due to typographical mistake crime number and the sections have not been

correctly typed. Therefore, in the ninth line of para-2 be read as Crime No. 110/2016 registered at Police Station- Surajpur, District Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 407, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 109 read with section 34 of IPC and the other part of the order shall remain same.

With such observation, the petition stands disposed off. C.C. Today.
