Drawing attention to the provisions contained in Rule 36 of the Conduct Discipline and Appeal Rules, 1978, it is submitted that under the Rules, appeals are required to be decided within a period of three months. 3.
Considering the aforesaid submission, there is no need to direct learned counsel for the respondents to file any reply and instead, this petition is disposed off at this stage with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
