In compliance of the order dated 24.11.2015, Mr.L.S. Marawi, Director of Public Instructions, Raipur is present before this Court. His presence is dispensed with.

Learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents/State submits that amount of `1,45,000/- has been paid to the petitioner on 15.12.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ` 12000/- has been deducted, for which he may be permitted to make a representation. 4.

Since substantive amount has already been paid, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become

infructuous with liberty to make a representation with regard to amount deducted, which shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s).
