The limited grievance of the petitioner for redressal of which, this petition has been filed is that the petitioner's appeal filed on 29.04.2016, has not been decided though there exists a time framed under the Coal India Conduct Discipline Appeal Rules, 1978 to the effect that the appeal has to be decided within a period of 90 days. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner's is pending, it shall be decided as early as possible.

Considering that the rules contemplates time framed, the appeal is to be decided as early as possible. The respondent No.2 shall make all endevour to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

This petition is accordingly disposed off.
