The transfer order has been challenged mainly on the ground that though the petitioner has not moved any application requesting her transfer, she has been transferred within short time of less than 1 and 1/2 years, showing it to be on her own request. The other ground of challenge is that the place where the petitioner has been transferred shows that the petitioner has been transferred to Pashu Janch Chowki, Dhamnimata Mahamari, Bilaspur whereas there is no such place in Bilaspur, though, with the such description, there is one station in district Balrampur.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no application for transfer, but, yet transfer order has been passed, stating to be on her own request, matter requires enquiry by

the responsible officer to find out as to whether it only a mistake of fact or a mischief and take appropriate decision by passing suitable modified order. It is expected that the enquiry shall be completed within a period of six weeks and appropriate decision shall be taken after enquiry from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. For a period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction / observation the petition is finally disposed off.
