14/03/2019 Mr. I. Lakra, Dy. G.A. for the State P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj (C.G.) praying for extension of time for concluding the trial in the concerned case.

This Court had in M.Cr.C. No. 2941/2018 vide order dated 28.06.2018 directed the Court below to conclude the trial against the petitioner preferably within a month.

After considering the request mentioned in the request letter dated 05.02.2019, I feel inclined to allow this application. The time granted earlier for concluding the trial in this case is extended for further 4 months making it clear that no further extension of time shall be given in future.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
