1. The only issue raised by the petitioner in the instant petition is that he had applied for appointment on the post of Lab Attendant at Govt. Medical College, Rajnandgaon. He had participated in the selection process. The result which has been published shows that the petitioner has scored 50 marks.
2. The petitioner submits that carbon copy which was made available to the candidates when verified with the model answers published in the website of the department, it reflects that the petitioner has scored about 72 marks and that he has been erroneously granted 50 marks
by the department. He further submits that the petitioner has already made a representation/objection in this regard to the respondent No.2-Dean Govt. Medical College, Rajnandgaon, but no further action has been taken by the authority.
3. Given the factual matrix of the case, the respondent No.2 is directed to verify the objection/representation which has been made by the petitioner so far as wrong marks having been granted to the petitioner by scrutinizing his OMR Sheet with the model answers available with the department and thereafter intimate the petitioner in respect of the outcome.
4. Let this exercise be done by the respondent No.2 within a period of 60 days from the date certified copy of this order is made available to him. It is the responsibility of the petitioner to make available a copy of this order to respondent No.2
5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands allowed and disposed of.
