1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that only ₹30,000/- has been allowed to be disbursed in favour of the claimants, whereas ₹ 70,000/- more is required by the petitioners for marriage of petitioner No.3.
2. Be that as it may, if the petitioners file fresh application on or before 29th March, 2019 before the Claims Tribunal along with copy of this order, the Claims Tribunal shall consider and decide the same within 7 days from the date of its receipt.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Claims Tribunal by E-mail/fax today itself. No cost(s). Certified copy today itself.
