The petitioner's grievance as ventilated through this petition is that, despite supply having been made, the payments have not been released. According to the petitioner, the amount to be paid to the petitioner is undisputed but the only operative reason for non-release is non-availability of fund.

Learned State counsel submitted that the petitioner may submit a fresh representation alongwith copy of this order to the Director Agriculture. 3.

The Director Agricultural shall examine the petitioner's claim. A speaking order of

petitioner's representation shall be passed by the Director within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The reasons, if any for non-payment of amount shall also be clearly stated in the order. In case, payment are not made to the petitioner it will be open to the petitioner to take recourse remedy as may be available under the law.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
