Shri Shashank Thakur, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 17/07/2015 The petitioner through the instant writ petition has sought for a direction to the respondents for considering the case of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment.
Grievance of the petitioner is that his father died in harness on 04.03.2013 and since then he is running from pillar to post for grant of compassionate appointment but till date the same has not been considered by the respondents.
State counsel, at this juncture, submits that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment within a stipulated period.
In view of the submission made by the State counsel, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondents shall consider the application of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment in
