1. The grievance of the petitioner is that of non regularization of the petitioner though he has working with the respondent since1991.
2. The claim of the petitioner for regularization was rejected on the ground that he is not 5th pass. The petitioner vide the present Writ Petition referred to Annexure P-3 which shows that he has infact passed 5th standard way back in the year 1996. According to the petitioner for same reasons he could not bring this certificate to the notice of the respondent at the relevant point of time nor was this entered in his service book.
3. Under the given facts and circumstance let the petitioner now make a fresh representation to the respondent No.3, supported with all relevant
documents and his credential in respect of his Educational Qualification and the respondent in turn may considered the case of the petitioner a fresh and pass an appropriate order in accordance with rules.
4. Needless, to mentioned that the respondent would also have the liberty of getting the document dully verified before passing of any such order in respect of the claim raised by the petitioner.
