Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application for compassionate appointment is pending consideration since 17.07.2015 but the same has not been decided by the competent authority and, therefore, a

direction may be issued to decide the above application expeditiously.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 3 is directed to take decision on the said representation within a period of three months in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
