Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the default has been removed.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has moved an application before respondent No.2 on 28.08.2015 for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Surajpur to Baldevnagar via Kalua, Srinagar, Ganeshpur, Premnagar, Bakirma and back one return trip daily, the application has remained pending without any decision. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is pending, the same shall be decided as per law and the applicable procedure after hearing all the concerned parties.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application as early as possible preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
