Learned counsel for the respondent submits that though belatedly, order passed by this Court has been complied with and order has been passed. Learned counsel for the respondent drawn attention of this Court to para 1 of the reply and submitted that the delay in compliance of the order may be condoned. 3.

For the reasons stated in the reply, delay in compliance of the order is condoned. However, care and caution is required to be taken that the orders of the Court are complied with expeditiously and within the time stipulated. 4.

Considering that the respondent authority has now passed the order on 24-02-2016, rule is discharged. Accordingly, the contempt petition is finally disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of order dated 24-02-2016, if so advised.
