1. This is the second bail application, the first bail application was dismissed with liberty to revive the application after examination of the injured or after four months on 27-08-2020 in MCRC No.3815 of 2020.
2. The applicant has preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.181/2020, registered at Police Station Civil Line, District- Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The applicant has caused injuries and deterred the police petrolling team while discharging their official duties and thereafter caused injuries by means of knife.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
5. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 25-04-2020 i.e. for more than a year and the conclusion of trial may takes some more time, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.
6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
