Counsel for the petitioners submits that pending the petition before this Court, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed, as such the matter as of now become infructuous. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as having become infructuous. The petitioners would be at liberty to approach the Court afresh, in case if the grievance still survives.
