The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by nonsupply of relevant information and orders passed effecting petitioner's right.

Let the respondent No.2 look into the matter and if the record is not available with him, he may seek entire records from the subordinates and make available certified copy to the petitioner at the earliest.
