Today also, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that the petition has become infructuous or the petitioner is not interested to pursue the petition any further. Thus, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
