1. Heard on application for rectification of order dated 10th February, 2018 in First Appeal No. 94/2012.
2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that both the parties have compromised the dispute for Rs. 3,16,000/- which is apparent from the docket. However, in the order dated 10.02.2018 the word "in addition" has wrongly been typed, therefore, the same may be rectified.
3. On due consideration, application for rectification of order dated 10th February, 2018 in First Appeal No. 94/2012 is allowed.
4. It is directed that in the eight and ninth line of para-1 it be read as by way of compensation to the amount awarded by the learned Tribunal and the word "in addition" is deleted, the other part of the order shall remain same.
5. With such observation, the instant MCC stands disposed of. C.C. Today.
