Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, impugned order which led to filing to the

petition, has now been withdrawn. Therefore, at this stage, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and he does not wish to press the petition any more.

The statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputed by learned counsel for the respective respondents. In view of the above, the petition is rendered infructuous and disposed off as such with the liberty to ventilate grievance if any, in future.
