Agrawal Order On Board / 11 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to file application for restoration of his case before the Board of Revenue and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers application for restoration before the Board of Revenue within a period of 10 days from today, the Board of Revenue shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law on its own merit.

(4) With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
