---- Respondent PUD has been received from the Court of Additional 24/03/2021 Sessions Judge, F.T.C. Special Court (POCSO Act), Ambikapur, District - Sarguja requesting for extension of time for disposal of Special Case No. 6 of 2020 pending before that Court. This Court had while disposing of M.Cr.C. No. 7647 of 2020 on 12.01.2021 directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of the case preferably within a period of two months from the date of that order.

After considering on the reasons mentioned in the PUD, this Court feels inclined to allow the request made and extend the time granted.

Accordingly, further time of two months is extended to the time already granted in M.Cr.C. No.7647 of 2020. Accordingly, the PUD is disposed off.
