IA No. 1 of 2015 has been filed to condone delay of 23 days in filing the appeal. Considering the duration, delay is condoned. 2.

The present appeal arises from order dated 6.5.2015 dismissing Writ Petition (S) No. 1724 of 2015 declining to interfere with the termination of the Appellants from the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade III on the ground of illegality in the appointment.

Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that issues arising for consideration stand covered by the discussion in the order dated 29.7.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 364 of 2015 and Writ Appeal No. 365 of 2015 and that this appeal may also be disposed in similar terms. 4.
