(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Centre Devrikhurd (Bilha) to Primary Health Centre Navagaon, Pendra by the impugned transfer order dated 23.10.2015 passed by respondent No.3.-Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bilaspur against which, the petitioner has made representation before the respondent authority, which has not been decided till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the

respondents-competent authority to decide the same expeditiously. (3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) In view of above, respondent No.2-Collector, Bilaspur is directed to do well and to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

(6) Certified copy as per rules.
