By the impugned order dated 27.10.2017, the respondent No. 6Tahsildar, Ambikapur has directed the petitioner to remove the encroachment. Being aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the impugned order is unsustainable and bad in law.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file objection / reply to the said notice that will be considered and dispose of by the Tahsildar, Ambikapur by passing a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously preferably within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
