The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.84/2014 registered at police station - City Kotwali, Jashpur, District-Jashpur for alleged commission of offence under Section 427, 379, 506-B,34 of IPC. 2.

Prosecution case is that the applicant and other accused demolished the temporary hut in between the complainant living and all their belongings were stolen. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegations are false and after thought, no such incident happened nor the applicant has taken away nothing. 4.

On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. 5.

Perusal of case diary shows that specific allegation of the applicant involved in demolishing the temporary hut and taking away the belongings of the complainant had been made, therefore, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the applicant. 6.

The bail application is rejected.
