(2) This writ petition cannot be entertained as for the same cause of action, the Court has passed the order dated 13.01.2015 in W.P.(C) No.2309/2014. (3) Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's case as directed by this Court in W.P.
