1. Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to transfer him from the present place of posting to any place in Durg or Rajnandgaon District.

2. In exercise of powers under Article 226 of the constitution of India, this Court cannot usurp the Administrative Governance of the State, therefore, no such writ can be issued directing transfer

of an employee from one place to another.

3. Petitioner should work out his remedy before the competent authority. If the petitioner moves a representation before the competent authority it is expected that the competent authority shall consider the representation within reasonable time in accordance with law.
