Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application / appeal before the respondent No. 3 - Transport Commissioner, Raipur with regard to the Case No. 61 which is pending consideration since 23.07.2015 and has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application / appeal with regard to the Case No. 61 expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the parties, if not already decided.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
