Referring to reply of the respondents, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and upon convening DPC, the petitioner's claim for grant of promotion has been considered. 3.

Though, number of grounds have been raised by learned counsel for the petitioner to assail the correctness of the decision to reject his claim for promotion, those grounds cannot be gone into in this contempt petition because while disposing off the writ petition vide order dated 15-09-2014, only direction issued by this Court was to complete the exercise of consideration of petitioner's case for promotion. 4.

In that view of the matter, no further order requires to be passed in this matter. Rule is discharged.
