The applicant has moved this application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.30/2017 registered at Police Station Kapu, Raigarh for the offence punishable under Section 376 of IPC and Section 4 & 12 of the POSCO Act.

This Court had earlier rejected the anticipatory bail application on 03-01-2018. It appears that the applicant did not surrender and has again filed an application for grant of anticipatory bail. The allegation against the applicant is of commission of heinous offence under Section 376 of IPC as also under Section 4 & 12 of the POSCO Act.
